Native North Carolinian, Lou Anne Liverman, has a B.A degree from Meredith College in Raleigh NC, and is also a graduate of Cape Fear Community College’s rigorous Interior Design program where she received the Interior Design Departmental Award while graduating with Honors and a 4.0 GPA. While in the design program, Lou Anne was one of four students selected to represent CFCC in the 2012 ASID Otto Zenke Student Design Competition. A part of the Nest design team for four years, Lou Anne has also been a contributing writer for Wrightsville Beach Magazine’s “Homes of Distinction” feature articles. Additionally, her Nest holiday tablescapes have been featured on the cover of Wilmington Magazine in both the 2015 and 2016 issues.
Having lived in Wilmington for over twenty years, Lou Anne loves the coastal community she calls home and strives to offer her clients a home they, too, will love. “I believe a home is more than four walls; it’s a lifestyle.” While Lou Anne’s personal style lends itself to a more casual, coastal décor with an emphasis on texture and visual layering– as a professional interior designer, Lou Anne strives to collaborate with her clients to help create a home that is beautiful, functional and more importantly: their own.
